County Probation and Parole

In mid-December 2019, Governor Wolf signed Act 115 of 2019 otherwise known as JRI 2 – Justice Reinvestment Initiative – into law. Language contained within this new law officially moves county probation and parole programs under the Pennsylvania Commission for Crime and Delinquency (PCCD). Previously, copies of the County Adult Probation and Parole (CAPP) report were available on the Parole Board’s website. These reports, and other information, will soon be available on PCCD’s website. Until this new web page is up and running, the 2018 CAPP Report is provided here temporarily.

With the exception of Mercer and Venango Counties - where the Mercer District Parole Office oversees these counties - the Pennsylvania Parole Board does not have jurisdiction over the individual county probation and parole offices for adult supervision. However, the map below provides direct links to the adult probation offices for your convenience. Information contained on these individual websites is not maintained or directed by the Pennsylvania Parole Board.
